Q - Can I enter into a Debt Management Plan?
A - Almost anyone, with unsecured debts, can enter into a debt management plan, providing that they have        a surplus income after their essential expenses have been paid.

Q - Is it just an other loan?
A - No, a debt management plan is a way of managing your unsecured debts without further borrowing.

Q - What about my secured debts & hire purchases?
A - Your secured debts and hire purchase agreements are classed as essential expenses. The details of which        are presented to your unsecured creditors on a Financial Statement.

Q - What do I do about the phone calls?
A - Any calls you get we simply advise you to inform the creditor that we are your appointed representative,        give them your personal reference number and forward them to us to deal with.

Q - What do I do with the letters my creditors send?
A - Put them in an envelope and send them to us to respond to. If they worry or cause you stress you do not        even have to open them.

Q - I have a County Court Judgment (CCJ) can I still enter a DMP?
A - Yes, a CCJ does not prevent you entering a DMP. We will however treat a CCJ as a priority payment and may even ask the county court to vary the order to a lesser, more affordable amount, each month.

Q - Will my friends and neighbours find out I am in debt?
A - They will only find out if you personally inform them of your financial circumstances. Your personal data        is not allowed to be disclosed with out your consent.
